The Bloem Team began when Diane entered the real estate industry over 25 years ago. For the first 12 years, she worked by herself – and was extremely successful. We were proud to bring new experience and knowledge to the team, adding Vickie Van Kampen, in September 2014.

For over 25 years, Diane Bloem has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families and individuals buy and sell their homes. Diane’s dedication to her clients places her nationally in the top ½ percent of agents. She provides professional, creative, experienced service to best achieve the goals of her clients. She should give lessons.” And “You were awesome” are common.In addition to being a Graduate of The Realtors Institute and Certified Residential Specialist, Diane is one of Minnesota’s first Certified Relocation Specialists.

Vickie Van Kempen joined Coldwell Banker as an employee working in its corporate office, which gave her an important behind-the-scenes understanding of the real estate industry. She gained an appreciation for the importance of confidentiality that continues to this day as an agent with the Diane Bloem Team, which she joined in 2014. Vickie has an unbiased sales approach that makes her popular with clients. She thoroughly enjoys working with the senior community, and helping buyers often leads her across the entire 12-county metro area.
